Ethical Principles and Rules of Conduct

 

Our "Ethical Principles and Rules of Conduct" have been determined based on the "Regulation on Ethical Behavior Principles of Public Officials" to guide our employees in the performance of their duties.

Public Service Awareness

Focus on continuous development, participation, transparency, impartiality, honesty, and accountability in all public services.

Service to the Public

Aiming to facilitate daily life, meeting needs rapidly and efficiently, and increasing public satisfaction through quality service.

Honesty and Impartiality

Acting without discrimination based on language, religion, political thought, race, or gender. Avoiding any arbitrary or restrictive actions.

Respect and Courtesy

Showing kindness and respect to superiors, colleagues, and service users, and directing inquiries to correct departments when necessary.

Avoidance of Conflict of Interest

Employees are personally responsible for avoiding potential or actual conflicts of interest and informing superiors immediately.

Public Resource Usage

Using public buildings, vehicles, and resources exclusively for public service goals, avoiding waste and extravagance.

Core Obligations

  • Prohibition of Gifts: Employees are strictly prohibited from receiving gifts or benefits due to their duties.
  • Accountability: Managers are responsible for the evaluation and audit of public services and must prevent corruption.
  • Financial Disclosure: All employees must declare their assets (including spouses and children) as per Law No. 3628.
